Well my weekend was awesome. I am sure there are some that could say the same thing but for me to be coming close to my one-year anniversary of the nastiest break-up in my relationship history…I’m feeling very positive about life. The last year has been quite a turbulent one and though I would like to say that the rockiness is over and its going to be nothing but smooth sailing from here on, I cannot control the actions of others. I can only control myself and how I react and respond to the idiotic gestures of others.
So anywho…my weekend? Lets see, I got up Friday morning and tried to pack for 2 kids and myself before work like a retard. It just didn’t go as well as I thought it was going to so once we ended up getting up to the lake and I had picked up a cake that looked like a hamburger for someone’s birthday that guess what, wasn’t March 18th but is May 18th…duh. So then I wake up the next morning and realized that I didn’t pack any panties for Katie, socks for Kels and I didn’t bring an extra shirt. What a mess! LOL but I had a good time. We went out on the boat about noonish on Saturday and realized that I had a baby shower that I was about to be late for and so we rushed and got back to house so I could shower and get all the pollen funk off me and we high tailed it for Bluffton GA
Of course to top everything else off, I had went to the tanning bed on Friday at lunch and did a spray tan and instead of wearing sandals or something, I had to return to work with socks and steel toes on…so Guess what I spent the rest of the weekend looking like I had worn socks in the tanning bad! Yep a distinct white and tan line at the ankle is really sexy I know…I worked it though!! hahahaha
