Healthy Solutions for Life

I received a letter in the mail today from Peach State about Kelsey "introducing" me to the Healthy Solutions for Life program. It says that its for people who have "breathing problems". Within this program, someone they refer to as a team member but on their website calls them my "coach", will call me and make sure that I am following the doctor's orders about the treatment plan. At first glance I am annoyed at the amount of mail I keep receiving from Peach State and then I realize what this really is. I see this as nothing more than an invasion of privacy and it really ticks me off.

They state that she is automatically enrolled until I decline this service. So why isn't it the other way around? Why am I just now being enrolled in this program? How long have they been monitoring her doctor's visits? Is this something that they have decided that since she's gone to the doctor more than x-amount of times that I must not be taking care of her? She's had asthma since 2010. Where were they then? They seem to know everything about her medically undoubtedly so why did they not offer this program as soon as she was diagnosed with "breathing problems"?

I don't need a friggin' coach or a team member, or anyone for that matter, to start calling me to ask me is she's wheezing if I know how to turn the damn nubulizer on.
