I won the Roach Motel Battle

Stay Express San Antonio Review - - ->Poor Management - 1)Staff came to my room and opened the door w/ key to "see if I was in there"  2) As I sat down to eat dinner on first day a roach walked up to my meal with an inquiring look on its face like why I was invading it's space, 3) Staff came to my room to "see if I took a shower cuz the floor below leaked water, 4) later that day my key didn't work and had to get new key, 5) TV volume never went above a whisper and at one point blanked out and I couldn't even get local TV or anything....all these bad things but the best thing was that it was right at one of the gates to get in so it was an ideal location which made me forget about the bad stuff because I wasn't on vacation. I was there for a purpose, which was to proudly watch my son's graduation and this was his time. So though I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone if they are a single female, groups would be great for its location and price.
